Benedict Cumberbatch, 2013.Commission: Britannia Awards 2013

The Commission was for a nice regal portrait of the person and the award. What Bafta wanted I took in two or three frames so when I asked him to do a few obscure shots he was up for it. Benedict has such a bendy/stretchy face. It worked really well. Benedict is someone who is relaxed about how he looks, however, he is a person who always questions himself and his surroundings, I worked that into the shoot.
